Refund and Return Policy

At The Jungle Retreat, we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience. We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Room Reservations:
- Cancellation 14 Days or More Before Check-In: Full refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation 13-7 Days Before Check-In: 25% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: No refund.

2. Activity Bookings:
- Cancellation 7 Days or More Before the Activity: Full refund of the activity fee.
- Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Activity: No refund.

Modifications to Bookings

1. Room Reservations:
- Modifications to room reservations are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date. Any difference in rates due to changes in dates or room types will be charged or refunded accordingly.

2. Activity Bookings:
- Changes to activity bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days before the scheduled activity. Any difference in activity fees will be charged or refunded accordingly.

No-Show Policy

- No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If you do not arrive at the resort on the scheduled check-in date or fail to participate in a pre-booked activity, the full amount will be forfeited.

Early Check-Out

- Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining nights.

Special Circumstances

- In the event of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a   partial refund.
